The ability to add a custom CSS file like with InPrivy. I have done this on my InPrivy site and it looks completely in keeping with my company branding and theme. I am keeping the InPrivy backlink on now so that you get some kudos for it otherwise nobody would know that it wasn't a completely custom secret sharing site. I would love to be able to do the same with FeatureShift.
