It would be very useful to allow admins to create custom fields for submissions (e.g., text fields, dropdowns, checkboxes, etc.).
Each field should be configurable so admins can decide whether it is visible to users during submission or only internally in the admin backend. It should also be possible to mark fields as optional or required.
This would allow teams to structure feedback much better, collect important context (e.g., customer segment, module, priority, internal notes), and improve filtering, organization, and reporting in the backend.
