To reliably use this tool as bug tracker, there must be the ability to easily attach images/docs to comments of submissions too. Also the attachment of images should be more obvious when creating a submission too. I see (...)

Add the option to add link to logo. Example - when clicks on logo it's will redirect to main website.

I have seen this feature in other feedback software it's will be great have Featureshift have this option. So we can understand what's feature customer needs

Please allow users to add tags to their requests directly from the submission editor. With allowance to choose from existing tags only (note; there may be up to 50+ of the tags).

Offer the ability to add our own status options. and/or to modify the status options available.

Add as integration or allow us to add HTML/JS to pages.
